Unfortunately, The Daily Planner is unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or receive an unwanted gift. Therefore, please choose carefully by reading the product information. If you have any further questions in regards to the products please do not hesitate to enquire or ask questions here, you will receive a reply within 48 hours.
If your TDP order arrives in a poor condition, please contact us ASAP and attach photos so that we can ensure you receive a refund or exchange of the product.
